2  YOUR ORDER OPTIONS

  1. Order Online with secure and private credit card payment. It is important to include a phone number in case we need to contact you about delivery.
  2. Order by Phone with secure and private credit card, or cheque or postal order payment

When ordering by telephone, you can send us a cheque or postal order later by post. Using a cheque may mean a delay in delivery time as we need to make sure that payment clears to our bank. Please do not send cash by post.

When you call us, please enquire what the delivery charge will be.  You will be asked for which product(s) you are ordering, your name, address, phone number and the complete delivery address. It is important to include a phone number in case we need to contact you about delivery.

PRICE AND PAYMENT

The price of the products will be the price quoted in the Web Site at the time we accept your order. The price will include any applicable value added tax, but not the cost of delivery.

In addition to the price, you will have to pay our delivery charges as quoted in the Web Site at the time we accept your order. The amount of these charges varies according to the method of delivery and the delivery address you specify in your order.

Payment is made by credit card at the time we accept your order, through our secure business server. (The credit cards we accept are listed in the Web Site at the time you place your order).  Refunds will generally be made by means of a credit to your credit card.

Although every care is taken, if there is an error and items are mispriced, we will either: contact you to ask if you wish to cancel the order, or simply cancel the order and notify you, at our own discretion. We are under no obligation to supply goods at the incorrect price.

Delivery Policy

DELIVERY

We will arrange for delivery of the products you order to the address which you specify in the check out procedure. However, the time for delivery will not be essential to the contract between us.

educohealth.com will ship your goods by An Post, the Irish national postal service, or by other courier from time to time. Registered post is used for international deliveries.

Where orders are placed before 12 noon, the order will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that will be dispatched the following day. However we do not promise this or any time frame.
All orders are packaged with care to ensure safe delivery.

If you do not take delivery of the products, or you supply inadequate delivery instructions, we may cancel your order and retain the products. In this event, we will refund you the price of the
products, but you will still be liable to pay any delivery charges.

LOST OR DAMAGED PARCEL AND RETURNS POLICY

All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Nonetheless we strive to resolve any delivery problems that may occur. Our shipment methods include order tracking.

Lost parcels must be reported within 30 days of dispatch. We will not be liable for any loss or damage if you fail to do this.

If you find your goods to be damaged in transit, we require you to let us know by phone or email within seven days (national orders) or fourteen days (international orders). We will refund the purchase price if the product is returned to our business address within 30 days of the delivery date.

We are not responsible for the cost of postage and packaging of returned items. We recommend using a postal Recorded Delivery Service for returns. We cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or misplaced in transit.

CUSTOMS

When ordering goods from us for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
