The Mechanics of Nutrition

It is strange to think that we can often take better care of our car than we do of our bodies and nutrition.

We normally get our car serviced regularly, change the oil, filters, etc and this helps it go much better and last longer. Our bodies work in a similar way.

Yet what are we doing to make sure that they work at their best?

You wouldn’t put dirty petrol into your car and expect it to go well.

Yet how is our own internal fuel? Are we fuelling our bodies with the required nutrition and healthy foods/fuel that allow us to operate at our best?

Taking the Easy Way Out

Unfortunately for many of us, we may be taking the easy route of eating too much junk food, fast food or overly processed food.

According to the World Health Organization, globally there has been an increased intake of energy-dense foods that are high in fat and sugars.

While convenience-wise this is great, what is it doing for our body or mind? These are foods we can handle in small quantities but we were never meant to live on them.

Real Food for Real People

The body functions better when we eat foods as near to their natural state as possible:

Fresh fruit and vegetables, whole grains, naturally reared meat, wild fish, nuts, seeds, wholegrain bread, dairy products etc.

These foods help generate health in the body.

If you are out of shape, have poor energy, lacking in nutrition and drive etc, try including more of these natural foods in your diet.

In particular, people should be conscious of their protein intake.

Heart Health Support

Protein is so important in our lives. It helps form a shapely body, contributes to bone health and is vital to our well-being.

It is also the most filling of the 3 macronutrients (Protein, Fat and Carbohydrates).

This makes it especially important to those of us who want to get or stay in shape.

Athletes are very conscious of their protein intake and nutrition as are many health-conscious people who are into healthy ageing.

Yet what would you think if I said it can also help lower your bad cholesterol and contribute to your heart health.

This would make it a very special valuable protein.

It would also make it particularly interesting to people who are conscious of their shape and heart health.

A New Dimension in Protein

Lipo-Clear from Tony Quinn Educohealth is a dairy-based protein drink that also has some added ingredients that include Oat Beta Glucans (a special type of EU approved soluble fibre that has been shown to help lower cholesterol) and Vitamins D and K2-7.

featured product

Essentially what Vitamin K2-7 does is it helps the calcium you are taking in go to your bones instead of building up in other unwanted areas.

Vitamin D (often called the sunshine vitamin) is also added to further improve calcium absorption. This can be especially useful during the low-sunlight, dark days of winter. It also contributes to: the normal function of the immune system and maintenance of normal bones, normal muscle function and normal teeth.

Each serving also contains over 20gms of quality casein protein.

It is easy to use. Just add some water and shake and you have a quick snack.

A Tasty Treat

However, even the best of things can prove to be an obstacle if they don’t taste good.

This isn’t the case with the Lipo-Clear as it’s flavoured with almost 3gms of dried fresh Raspberries making it probably the tastiest Protein drink you have ever tried.

Absolutely delicious when made on water, coconut water, oat or almond milk.

Once tasted, you will know why it is such a firm favourite with Tony Quinn Educohealth customers.

learning

Study Time Comes Round Again

It’s that time of the year again and schools and colleges are open. The new terms have started and students are getting back into study mode.

It’s time to dust off the mental cobwebs of the summer break and get down to the serious business of learning.

This can involve learning in many different ways, through lectures, videos, reading books, internet searches etc.

In doing so, we use our brain to help process this information and frame it in a form that will help us succeed in whatever field we are studying.

For many, this can be quite taxing with long hours spent studying vast amounts of information. This can often result in tiredness and fatigue.

To help keep us more alert or mentally energised many turn to energy drinks or copious amounts of coffee.

While this can work short-term, long-term it can lead to many people being more highly strung and irritable and disrupted sleep patterns.

Coffee in itself doesn’t have a negative impact, but when you overdo it or mix it with stress, sugar and a sedentary lifestyle it can create a perfect storm that can really come back to bite you.

So on one hand you are getting energy yet on the other you could be making yourself more hyper or stressed.

The high-sugar, high-caffeine, energy drinks are another matter.

The consumption of these energy booster drinks is becoming a growing concern for many in the medical field.

Health Studies

More studies highlighting potential health concerns are now coming more to light.

One such study is the John Higgins of McGovern Medical School in Houston.

In this study, 44 non-smoking medical students in their 20’s after just one 24 oz energy drink were found to have impairment in blood flow.

Before the energy drink, vessel dilation was on average 5.1% in diameter, after consuming the energy drink it fell to 2.8% diameter. This suggests acute impairment of vascular function. All of this occurred within just 90 minutes of taking the energy drink. (1).

Good blood flow is a very important aspect of cardiovascular health.

Other studies show significant increases in blood pressure from acute energy drink consumption. (2)

These are not very encouraging signs for those of us fond of the energy buzz we get from high-sugar high-caffeine drinks.

The World Health Organization in 2014 expressed concern over the usage of high-sugar high-caffeine drinks by younger people. (3)

What can we do then to safely give us the energy we need to support us in our mental endeavours?

10 Tips to Naturally Support our Mental Alertness

Avoid screen time for 90 minutes before bed (The blue light from the screen may be interfering with the sleep-inducing hormone Melatonin in your brain).

Balance your sleep by getting a minimum of 7 to 9 hours a night.

Eat more natural protein-rich foods (these help supply the brain with amino acids that help make up neurotransmitters).

Protein-rich foods include lean meat, fish, free-range poultry, free-range eggs, dairy products, quinoa, nuts and seeds.

Include more fresh fruit, vegetables and grains like oatmeal, brown rice and millet in your diet.

Go easy on the alcohol (This can slow down brain function).

Cut out junk food: cakes, biscuits sweets, ice cream, chocolate, soft drinks etc.

Go easy on the fats and processed food: takeaways, fried food, white bread, white rice, pasta, pizzas, sugar, etc.

Do some form of exercise 3 times a week: gym, running, tennis, golf, etc

Learn to meditate or do some form of relaxation exercise every day.

All of these tips will help support you in getting your best results in your studies; however, another way to help support your mental health is by taking the right health supplements.

Help from Nature

Firstly for those who are constantly tired and wiped out, there is an excellent nutritional support formula that helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.

This natural formula is called Mind Focus from Tony Quinn Educohealth.

It is sugar and caffeine-free.

Contains Pantothenic Acid among other nutrients; that helps reduce tiredness and fatigue and it also contributes to normal mental performance.

Another important brain function is it is involved in is the synthesis of some neurotransmitters.

(Neuro-transmitters are like the brain sparks that carry messages from one brain cell to another).

Well-known neurotransmitters include Dopamine, Serotonin and Acetylcholine.

Neuro-transmitters are very important to our mental health.

How is your brain sparking?

Start Today

Why not start today and adopt some of the healthy mind tips from above into your daily routine? The more you take them on board the better you should feel and that can have a positive effect on your ability to study.

Also, go easy on the coffee and the energy drinks.

When your energy goes south instead of hitting the caffeine and sugar, try Mind Focus to help relieve that tiredness and fatigue.

It can be an ideal support for you in your more brain-taxing moments.

super you weight loss

Is This Slimming’s Greatest Secret?

Did you ever see someone lose weight where they looked awful and you said to yourself, “They shouldn’t have bothered”?

They appear to be at their right weight yet their face is so gaunt, their arms and legs are skinny and they still have a bit of a tummy.

It’s amazing how the person can get so fixated with the weighing scales yet find it very hard to see the truth of them self in the mirror.

Who wants to look great on the scales and terrible in the mirror?

Unfortunately they have made the cardinal mistake of slimming; they have lost valuable muscle in their effort to lose weight.

Muscle is what gives you shape, but it also has another very important function, it helps support our metabolic rate (our body’s ability to burn fat for energy).

Why get rid of the very thing that not only gives you good shape, but also helps you maintain that shape?

Searching the Web for Answers

When faced with this problem people then usually go on the web for answers.

We type in: best ways to lose weight, fastest way to lose weight, diet pills, slimming tablets, weight loss programs, easy ways to lose weight, quick weight loss, diets to lose weight quick, tips to lose weight, etc.

The amount of information we get back can be bewildering and unfortunately much of it is not always that accurate.

If anything it can leave you even more confused trying to separate the facts from the fiction.

However two great markers of successful weight loss are as follows.

The Core Secrets of Successful Weight Loss

The answer is always fat-loss not just weight loss. (Who wants to lose their best curves or shapely muscle?)

This approach contrasts hugely from standard weight loss information based on the advice of taking less calories in and doing more exercise to burn existing calories.

Muscle is one of your biggest allies in helping you win your shape battle.

The next step is to firm up or even gain more muscle. That is how you get in better shape. Simply put, lose fat and gain muscle.

A Happy Mirror-Image

Let’s face it I’m sure you wouldn’t mind what you weighed if you saw a buffed, toned, shapely-figure looking back at you in the mirror.

This would allow you to put on your favourite clothes and strut your stuff showing off your great figure or physique.

It would give you a great lift and is such a confidence-booster.

What then can you do to set this process in motion?

12 Tips to Help Get You in Your Best Shape

· Eat natural unprocessed food: Fresh fruit and vegetables, lean meat, fish, free range poultry, whole grains, quinoa and more sparingly nuts and seeds.

· Cut out junk food: Cakes, biscuits, sweets, ice-cream, chocolate, etc

· Cut out sugar, sugary drinks, take-away foods and go easy on the alcohol.

· Eat 4 to 6 smaller meals a day.

· Eat protein at every meal.

· Weight-train for 3 to 5 times a week in the gym.

· Go for a 20 minute walk every day.

· Get 8 hours sleep every night.

· Switch to healthy substitutes for less desirable foods.

· Keep a journal to monitor your progress.

· Give yourself realistic goals and try holding yourself to them.

· Measure your waist and check yourself out in the mirror rather than weigh yourself on the scales.

All of these tips are a really good idea and can make a big difference in helping you get in your best shape.

However there is also something else that can make a big difference here and that is, taking the right health supplements.

Health Supplements

In the last 50 years there has been a huge growth in the health supplement industry.

During that time has seen many breakthroughs in the field of nutritional science.

Some of the most interesting of these being in the field of weight-loss and getting in shape.

There are many products on the market today claiming to help you do this.

Unfortunately often many of these don’t deliver on their promise.

Health Supplements That Have Proven the Test of Time

For over 40 years we in Tony Quinn Educohealth have been pioneering a unique approach towards getting in shape.

It involves working along with the body’s natural ability to both, burn fat and firm muscle.

During that time we have tweaked and improved our already great approach to make it more effective.

Back in 1985 when we introduced the amino-acid formula Amino-Or they were an instant sensation. A few years later we added in another amino-acid formula Amino-Energise and customer feedback was even better.

In the last few years we have added in the delicious Proform Protein shakes and the mineral Magnesium and this has taken things onto a different level.

(The Proform Protein shakes can be made into tasty protein shakes, desserts, or can be added to smoothies. This makes them so convenient and easy to use).

It is also lends valuable support to our muscle building process.

These are two vital components of getting in shape.

Use the mirror as your judge.

Youthful Ageing – Can it be done?

Ageing is a funny thing. It’s as if one day you are looking at this young healthy person in the mirror then all of a sudden that person is replaced by this older person looking back at you.

Does it have to be like this?

The Winning and Losing in Ageing

Age is something we all face. It’s part of our journey through this world. Yet how is it some people seem to do it so much better than others?

It’s as if they are taking sly sips from the Fountain of Youth, defying the ageing process and living an adventurous, happy, healthy, later life.

So how can we retain that vitality and health as we age?

One thing that really helps is a healthy lifestyle.

7 Tips for a Healthy Lifestyle

Natural foods help give you a more natural body. Eat more fresh fruit and vegetables, lean meats, fish, free range poultry, whole grains, pulses, beans, nuts, seeds, vegetarian and vegan proteins etc.

Cut down on processed foods like take-aways, cakes, biscuits, sweets, ice-cream, chocolate, sugar, sugary drinks, etc.

Cut down on alcohol and reduce or stop smoking.

Do some resistance exercise (weight training), three to four times a week.

Go for a 20 minute walk every day, and try to get a minimum of 8 hours sleep every night.

Cut down on screen-time (computers, phones, TV’s etc). Especially for two hours before bed. (For more information on this, check out blue light screens and the natural sleep inducing hormone melatonin).

Science and Ageing

Another challenge we face as we age is that our bodies are continually being bombarded by toxins called free radicals. They attack and damage our cells and have been implicated in contributing to the negative signs of ageing.

These negative signs include everything from arthritis and asthma right down to heart disease and cancer, and are also implicated in the wrinkling of the skin.

We need a certain amount of free-radicals, but our problems begin where they start to over-tax our immune defences and our system can’t stop their destructive activity.

The problem is that as we age, free radical damage really does go into overdrive, and is widely acknowledged as one of the main contributory causes of ageing.

Free Radicals – Where They Come From

We can’t stop free radicals coming into the body.

They come in from stress, radiation, computers, mobile phones, sunlight, a lot of fats in our diet, alcohol, cigarette smoke, etc.

What can we do then to combat the damaging effect free radicals can have on our body?

Help From the Good Guys

This is where our own superhero defenders come into play. Our Body’s natural defence unit that deals with these nasty toxins is our immune system. This is largely fuelled by amazing defenders called antioxidants.

These antioxidants use their nutritional superpowers combating bacteria, viruses and toxins that threaten our body.

Chief among these are the Vitamins A, B, C, D, E, and the minerals Zinc, Magnesium, Potassium and Selenium.

Other very useful antioxidants are Pomegranate, Green Tea, Ginseng, Broccoli-Sprout, Spirulina and Lycopene.

These are all very valuable antioxidants to have at our disposal to help support us in our advancing years.

A New Level of Antioxidant Support

There is already an antioxidant formula that contains all of these antioxidants and more.

It is called Cell Rejuvenation Mix by Tony Quinn Educohealth.

Together they help form a potent antioxidant defence unit, and come in an easy-to-use tablet form and can be taken with meals.

This makes them ideal to help provide you with the best of antioxidant support, with benefits that contribute to:

Normal skin and vision (Vit A).

Normal Immune Function (B12).

Reduction of tiredness and fatigue (Vit C, Magnesium and Vit B3).

Collagen Formation (Vit C).

Thyroid Function (Iodine).

Fertility (Zinc).

Respiratory health (Hesperitin).

Healthy Ageing (Lycophene).

Improve concentration and coordination (Panax Ginseng).

Normal bones, gums, teeth and hair health (Magnesium, Vit C and Biotin).

That’s some support for one antioxidant formula.

Start Where You Are At

Making a change in how you live can be easy for some and not so easy for others, yet we can all start taking steps to improve.

The big thing is do something and not just stand still and to try adopting some of the Healthy Lifestyle tips from earlier. They really can make such a difference for the better.

Including Tony Quinn Educohealth Cell Rejuvenation Mix in your daily regime could be a very good place to start.

It could be the ideal spark to ignite the whole process for you.

Obesity Increases Health Risks from Covid-19

Some very interesting news has come to light in relation to obesity and Covid-19. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in the US, being overweight or obese can increase the risk of severe illness from Covid-19.

It has been known from early days in the pandemic, the risk factor associated with obesity and Covid-19.

Approximately 78% of US hospital patients admitted with Covid-19 (from March to December 2020) were either obese or overweight. (28.3% were overweight and 50.8% were obese). (1).

This is not good news for either the overweight or the obese.

What was already an uncomfortable position has now become a potential health concern.

What can be done to help lose this weight?

Doing the Same Thing That Didn’t Work Before

Tried all the diets, did all the exercise routines and still couldn’t seem to lose the weight? Even if it was lost, it usually shot right back up when the diet was broken.

Does this sound familiar? If so the chances are you have made the classic mistakes of weight loss.

6 Classic Mistakes of Weight Loss

· Don’t just lose weight, make sure it’s fat you lose.

· Don’t lose muscle (muscle helps support the body’s own fat-burning process).

· Don’t count calories (you could have the same amount of calories in a can of tuna as a small fruit cake but they will help give you two different bodies). Eat more nutritious foods instead.

· Don’t overdo it on the aerobics (This can help you lose valuable metabolism-supporting muscle).

· Don’t starve yourself (again this can help you lose muscle).

· Don’t become obsessed with the weighing scales. (There are times when you can be at the right weight but in the wrong shape, where you don’t look well and have lost it from your face and neck).

These are all common failings of weight loss regimes that let people down.

However here are a few healthy tips for a healthy more natural weight loss.

10 Healthy Tips to Help Get You in Shape

· Lose only what you don’t want (the fat hanging in the wrong places).

· Make sure to firm up your muscle tissue (the parts that help give you shape).

· Focus more on your measurements and how you look in the mirror than on what you weigh on the scales.

· Eat a more natural diet: lean meat, fish, free range poultry, low fat cheese, quinoa, fruit, vegetables, whole grains, beans, lentils, etc.

· Make sure to have a nutritious breakfast every day.

· Eat some form of protein at every meal.

· Cut down on processed foods: cakes, biscuits, sweets, ice-cream, chocolate, sugar, take-away food, pasta, pizzas, fried foods, processed cereals, etc.

· Go for a 20 minute walk every day.

· If possible do three weight training sessions a week.

· Keep a diary to help you set realistic goals and monitor how you are doing.

All these tips will help greatly stack the odds in your favour for healthy weight loss. However there is also another great way to help get you into your best healthy shape.

This involves using some unique natural health supplements that are a great support to those who want to lose that unwanted fat and firm up our muscle.

A Tried and Trusted System

Back in 1985 a revolutionary new weight-loss product came on the market. It was called Amino-Or and it took the weight-loss industry in Ireland by storm.

People started to use it and the results that came back were amazing. It quickly became a firm favourite with Tony Quinn Educohealth customers.

This continued until 1997 when an amazing new amino-acid formulation called Amino-Energise was introduced to accompany the Amino-Or.

This ‘Dynamic Duo’ then proceeded to get even better results and took the Tony Quinn Educohealth firming program onto a totally different level.

In 2017 two more valuable additions were added to this program in the shape of the delicious Proform Protein powder and the mineral Magnesium.

This new combination of these four firming-up powerhouses comprises

the Tony Quinn Educohealth ‘You to Super You Box’

It has quite literally taken the chore out of getting in shape.

Defence Force – Are You Winning Your Inner War?

Did you know that at any given time there is a war going on inside of your body? On one side, in your defence, a force of health helps neutralise threats that attack and damage. The other, forces of illness, decay and degenerative ageing.

Normally the defence force is stronger than the attackers. However, when the attackers become stronger, that is when serious illness can start to gain ground.

Chief among these attackers are toxins called free radicals. Although our body needs a certain amount of them to help with certain body processes, the real problems occur when they flood the system.

These nasty little toxins attack and damage our cells and have been linked to among other things diabetes, heart disease, cancer, DNA damage and even the wrinkling of the skin…

Know Your Enemy

Free radicals can enter the body from many different directions.

Stress, air pollution, a lot of fats in our diet, radiation, alcohol, cigarette smoke, exercise, sunlight, etc.

We can’t stop them coming in but by not smoking and only drinking alcohol in moderation we can limit their supply.

Also, it is a good idea to adapt a more natural healthy lifestyle.

Our Crack Defence Unit

The good news is our body has its very own crack defensive unit that helps protect us from these free radicals. This defence unit (our immune system) is largely fuelled by nutrients called antioxidants.

These include the well-known vitamins, A, C, D, E, K, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 and B12.

Valuable minerals like magnesium, zinc, potassium, selenium, copper, chromium and boron also play an important role.

They are like our very own internal team of superheroes that help keep us in good health.

You will be happy to know that you can get these antioxidants in your food and in particular if you are taking in your ‘5 a day’ servings of fresh fruit and vegetables.

Unfortunately for some of us, we may be neglecting this good advice and instead live more on convenience foods which can be more calorie-dense and nutrient-poor.

This can make it harder for us to load up on these valuable protectors.

A New Level of Defence

A great way around this is to take an antioxidant supplement. However, with so many antioxidants to choose from this can be a little confusing.

Here are a few tips to help you:

  • Make sure you get a formula strong enough to keep you at your best.
  • Always ensure Vitamins A, B, C, D, E and K are in your antioxidant formula.
  • Make sure that your formula contains the important minerals magnesium, zinc, potassium, selenium, copper, chromium, and boron.
  • Other useful additions would be the herb Milk Thistle, Resveratrol (the wonder extract of grapes), Broccoli Sprout, Pomegranate extract, Green Tea, Ginseng extract and the ever useful Coenzyme Q10.

The addition of all of these really helps prepare our immune system to repel* these unwanted toxic invaders when our body is challenged by them.

Outstanding in its Own Field

One antioxidant formula that really fits the bill here is Tony Quinn’s Educohealth Cell Rejuvenation Mix. It has all of the above ingredients and more. This formula really packs a punch.

For those with low energy, it helps reduce tiredness and fatigue. (Niacin/ Vitamin B3, Magnesium and Vitamin C).

If cognitive performance and sexual health are issues for you it helps support both. (Panax Ginseng).

For immune health, Vitamins A, B12, B6, C, D and the mineral Zinc, play an important part.

It also helps contribute to the health of normal skin, (collagen synthesis), nails, bones, gums, teeth and hair. (Vitamin C,   Zinc).

All in all, it’s a very rounded antioxidant/multivitamin formula.

Mobilize Your Troops

So as our internal battle continues throughout the whole of our life, it swings from health to illness intermittently throughout this time.

Why not do yourself a favour and consciously support your body’s defensive troops to help them best keep you in a state of good health.

There’s nothing like looking and feeling well.

When you look in the mirror and see that glow of health, it gives you such a lift.

Don’t you think then that it is a good idea to invest in the best of yourself?

Let Cell Rejuvenation Mix help you in this. When you do you will realize why it has been so popular with our customers for the last 15 years.

Defence Force
Stress

Is This The Answer To Stress?

Stress! We never know when it will hit? It could be work-related, relationship hassles, financial problems, noisy neighbours, loneliness, etc.

This can put a lot of pressure on our nervous system to a point where we find it hard to cope.

Stress symptoms vary with each individual. These can include: feeling uptight, anxious, irritable, lacking in energy, fatigued, have problems sleeping and digesting our food, where even simple tasks can become difficult.

Cortisol – The Stress Hormone

This can lead our body to release excessive amounts of Cortisol the stress hormone that helps give us the energy to deal with the immediate stress.* The problem is our body is designed to deal mainly with short-term stress (Fight or flight syndrome).

If Cortisol production is * constant it can have a very detrimental effect on the body. Stress symptoms like burn-out and exhaustion can often follow.

Stress Research

It is interesting to note that according to the Health and Safety Executive in 2014/15, stress accounted for 35% of all work-related ill health cases and 43% of all working days lost in the UK due to ill health.

To offset this we try and unwind by watching TV, surfing the net, etc.

Yet is this really doing it for us? Or are we one of those people that just can’t unwind and switch off? It can be like we are on a stress thread-mill where we can never seem to get off.

What can we do to help here* you may ask?

10 Steps to Help Cope with Stress

  1. Go for a 20 minute walk in nature every day.
  2. Limit screen time (TV, phones, tablets, laptops, etc) to 3 hours a day. It is especially important to avoid watching screens for one to two hours before bed. (Screens help emit a blue light that can interfere with the sleep–inducing hormone melatonin).
  3. Try and get at least two hours of direct sunshine or daylight every day. (This helps align our sleep regulating circadian-rhythm).
  4. Learn to meditate.
  5. Be less self-critical both of yourself and others.
  6. Count your blessings: List some of the really good things going on in your life: good friends, nice home, good shape, good health, great hair, ability to laugh at yourself, great job, great parents, great kids, great wife, great husband, etc.
  7. Exercise 3 to 4 times a week: jogging, yoga, Tai-chi, home gym, etc.
  8. Eat healthy: fresh fruit, vegetables, whole grains, lean meats, fish etc.
  9. Avoid junk food: cakes biscuits, sweets, chocolate, ice-cream and also sugar and salt.
  10. Go easy on take-out foods (no more than once a week) and only drink alcohol in moderation.

Try doing these steps and see the difference it can make for you.

The Difference That Helps Make the Difference

Something else well worth considering is an amazing nutrient that has often been fondly referred to as “The Happy Vitamin” (Vitamin B5 / Panthothenic acid) or Pantac.

If we are anxious or wound up, it helps contribute to normal mental performance.

For those of us exhausted or lacking in energy, it can also help contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and help our brain communicate effectively.

These are all areas that can hit us hard when the tsunamis of stress hits. This is where Pantac’s contribution to these functions can prove invaluable.

So next time stress rears its ugly head, try Pantac.

Then perhaps you will understand why for over 40 years it has been such a firm Tony Quinn Educohealth favourite with our customers interested in their mental health.

They seem to have it all, that indefinable something that separates them from the rest of us. They can fly through their exams in school, be really popular, self-confident, have a good career, be in really good satisfying relationships, and are generally a success in almost anything they do.

On the other hand, for many of us, life can be a struggle with dead-end jobs, bad relationships, poor health, bad self-image, financial insecurity, and reduced popularity.

What is it that makes one person’s life take off and another person never really gets off the ground?

It doesn’t come down to genetics, how good-looking, how academically brilliant, or how privileged a background we come from.

People from all classes of society can mess up. So what is this vital spark that helps keep a person in “the happy productive mode.” The answer comes in one word – Mindset.

The Magic Mindset of Those Who Succeed

Those who succeed have a mindset that green-lights them when they approach a situation. They ignore the limitations in their own mind and of those around them and instead really go for it.

This allows them to bring a much higher level of energy into whatever they are doing. In this state, they become really switched on and have great presence, energy, and drive. This whole different level of energy is what really carries the day. This reflects in the productivity, personal charisma, and liveliness that they demonstrate.

The Birds That Don’t Fly

Unfortunately, those of us, who fail, find it hard to take our focus out of our limitations and into getting our goals.

This weakens our focus and our energy becomes scattered and then very little of our energy goes into whatever situation that we want to do well in.

In a situation like this, the person’s unconscious has become cluttered with negative influences that keep surfacing and blowing them out of the water.

These negative thought patterns create a mindset that is more rigid, less spontaneous, more self-conscious, lacking in confidence, and unfocused.

In a sense, we can be our own worst enemy here. This happens when the influences in our unconscious stop us from taking action in vital areas of our life. Among those areas are relationships, career, self-expression, etc.

This can be like an emotional break that is almost permanently turned on stopping us from having the life we had always promised our self.

Can You Get Your Unconscious on Your Side?

It all comes down to how well our unconscious is loaded. With the right loading, it is like a green light allowing us free reign to go forward and get our goals.

If it is loaded with negative influences it is like a red light. This then can seem like we are stuck in a mental strait-jacket that won’t allow us out to play.

Think about it for a moment – We can be away with our favourite person in our favourite place yet if our mind is not in the right state the best part of us won’t appear to make it happen. We can have all the right ingredients here but we still can’t make it happen.

How many situations are we cheating ourselves out of living in, by our badly loaded unconscious?

We may even think to ourselves I will move to another country and make a fresh start. Yet unfortunately, we bring the same mindset which usually then attracts the same type of situations to us.

Having this mental brake on in our mind can then severely reduce our quality of life.

The Path to Unconscious Power

The only way to move forward in a productive way then is to have our unconscious mind on our side.

This would entail loosening out the negative mental strands that are binding our unconscious power.

These are like negative mental pathways that we are used to threading.

We have to expose the patterns of these limitations and also help reset new productive patterns in their place.

A huge help in this is the download “Start a New Life Today” by Dr Tony Quinn MSc.

This download contains vital information that helps realign the unconscious mind into a more harmonious productive unit.

Basically, it helps line up our minds in the direction we want to go in, away from the frustrations of our more scattered normal approach.

It does this by explaining different pathways that help load our minds in a much better manner. In the process, it helps reprogram the mind more to your liking.

Relaxation with a Purpose

Having a noisy unconscious sending disruptive thoughts up into our mind can make us very stressed and unfocused. This can make us live in a more unhappy, agitated manner. It also can make it hard for us to focus all our energy on goals we would like to achieve.

A huge help here is the download Relaxation with a Purpose again by Dr Tony Quinn. This unique download helps relax not just the conscious mind but also the unconscious mind too.

When we get the two minds agreeing and going along together this helps stop the inner conflict many people experience on an ongoing basis in their life.

This is a level of relaxation the normal person does not usually achieve.

The more relaxed the mind the easier it is to focus on our goals and make them happen. So if you are a business person, athlete, artist or multi-tasking mother, etc, check out the benefits of this download.

The Magic of EDUCO® by Dr Tony Quinn

The word EDUCO® comes from the Latin meaning To Draw out from Within.

In other words, most of us have great talent, abilities, and natural confidence that unfortunately almost never get to see the light of day.

Part of the EDUCO® process is to help draw out this lost potential from the person’s unconscious.
