What Are The Best Omega 3 Fish Oil to Take?

I remember when I was a kid my mother was a big fan of omega 3 fish oil capsules.

She believed that they were the cure-all for everything that ailed her.

Every day she would pop a couple into her mouth saying “these helped keep your grandmother strong and healthy right into her old age”.
