  • Get more sleep. Try a product called Night-Time Formula  (calcium, magnesium & zinc) for a really restful sleep. Camomile tea is great before bed. Run a warm bath with aromatherapy oils such as bergamot, lavender, roman chamomile and marjoram or just sprinkle a few drops of lavender on your pillow.
  • Reduce stress levels and take a look at your diet. 40% of the things we worry about never happen and 40% we can do nothing about. This equals to 80% of unnecessary worry
  • Learn to take control of your mind. All things first originate in the mind, so we must have a blueprint in the imagination of what we desire in order to manifest it.
  • Visualisation techniques – focus the mind on something relaxing like a tropical beach or your favourite holiday destination. Make the picture as big as you can and engage all your senses: hear the sounds, see the colours, taste and smell the foods, touch the objects in your surroundings. This exercise can be used anytime anywhere.
  • Go for a walk by sea or your favourite park. Being in nature tends to allow you to practice these techniques and engage those senses at a deeper level. This may help you feel a lot more relaxed, not just physically but more important mentally.
  • You may find it helpful for playing your favourite relaxing music. Listening to a good Relaxation With A Purpose CD can also prove very effective.
