Ireland is a TEA LOVING NATION, but are we now turning into coffee snobs. Whether you love it or not one in 5 of us can’t go 24 hours without a perfect cup of our favorite roast. While I am a (health enthusiast), the thing I look forward to most is that one fresh cup of ground heaven I allow myself. But is coffee good or bad for you? Well, I think the jury is still out on that one, and I’m not about to get into an argument with a coffee lover.

These mornings I find myself searching for something new to put into my trendy cup as I buzz through the streets of Dublin. Or something I can whip up and put into my other cool latte glass before my computer beckons.

Then one-day bingo I thought this recipe would fit into anyone’s morning routine hot or cold.
