Proform Vanilla Milkshake

Ingredients

  • 30g of vanilla proform powder
  • 400 ml low-fat milk
  • 1 tbsp of low sugar peanut butter
  • 1 banana
  • Crushed almonds

Method

  • Put the milk into a blender
  • Add 1 scoop of Proform Vanilla Powder and add the peanut butter and banana
  • Blend until smooth
  • Top with crushed almonds

Note: Any Proform milkshake can be made with liquid of choice. Low-fat milk, almond milk, coconut water
