LIPO-CLEAR protein is designed to be blended conveniently in water, but can also be taken in any kind of milk or vegetable milk (almond, oat, soya or other). For best results use an Educohealth shaker beaker or electric blender.
For a flavoursome and healthy protein drink, blend or shake 33g (1 slightly heaped scoop) in 300ml water, or use any milk or milk substitute. Flavour and consistency will vary with the amount of liquid used.
