If you’re not happy with any product purchased from educohealth.com for any reason, you may return any unopened product(s) within 2 weeks of shipment for a refund.
Sign in to “My Account” and select “Order History”.
Find the order associated with the item(s) you wish to return, and click the “View Order” button.
From the Order Detail screen, click the “Return Item” link next to items marked as “Shipped” to generate a printable return form.
Indicate the reason for your return next to the item listed on your return form.
You can use any plain, unmarked cardboard box to ship your return.
If there are any existing shipping labels, stickers, or other materials on the shipping box, please remove them.
Make sure there is some form of packing material (crumpled paper, bubble wrap etc) in the box with your product(s) to avoid any damage during shipping.
Once we receive your delivery we will verify that the product(s) are unopened and/or undamaged. Once this is complete we will begin the refund process. Please note that your refund consists of the price of the products purchased and does not include any shipping costs either from www.educohealth.com to you or from you back to www.educohealth.com
You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
At this time, we only accept returns for purchases on educohealth.com. If you have bought any Educohealth products from a Tony Quinn Health Store or Educogym and wish to return the product(s) for a refund, you must return the product(s), along with your receipt, to the location you originally purchased from.
Refund Process and Timeframe
Educohealth.com processes most returns within 20 business days of receiving the returned merchandise to our warehouse. You will receive an email confirmation once your return is processed.
Important: Once we initiate the credit for your return, the credit/debit card company that issued the credit determines the date the refund will post to your account. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit transaction to appear on your statement. For exact posting dates, please contact your credit/debit company directly.
